DOS Network Now Integrated to Binance Smart Chain
In our continuing effort to build a chain-agnostic layer-2 decentralized oracle network, we are thrilled to announce that DOS Network is officially available on Binance Smart Chain. Now, with DOS Network integrated to Binance Smart Chain, crypto projects may therefore access Data and Random Oracle Infrastructure on Binance Smart Chain.
We see this as an exciting step for the DOS Network to broadening both Binance Smart Chain and DOS ecosystem and unleash application potentials in DeFi with a secure connection to external data.
What does the Binance Smart Chain(BSC) integration include? The integration is twofold: oracle service and token liquidity.
- On the oracle service side, DOS Oracle Infrastructure is now available to BSC developers. Developers may find more information on how to integrate DOS into your project in our documentation.
- On the token economics side, DOS investors may take benefit of lower gas fee on BSC. Swapping between ERC20 and BEP2 tokens can be easily done through our token bridge, with BEP2 and BEP20 can be bidirectionally swapped using TrustWallet (on mobile) or Binance Chain Wallet Extension (on desktop).
What is Binance Smart Chain? Developed by Binance, Binance Smart Chain is a blockchain that runs in parallel to the Binance Chain. BSC boasts smart contract functionality and compatibility with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). Binance Smart Chain is a popular alternative for DeFi, NFT and digital assets due to its comparable low gas fee to Ethereum.
What is next? Token liquidity is the fuel for any crypto project. With DOS token now available on ERC20, BEP2 and BEP20 and oracle service provided on ETH, Heco and BSC, we expect to boost DOS liquidity through regular events like liquidity incentives, strengthened partnerships and the re-branding initiative. Given relatively lower fees on BSC, we’re also working on enabling staking on the BSC side, stay tuned for those updates!
